How Wizard is built
Practices, not slogans.
Workspace isolation
- Every workspace's records are separated by database-level access rules, not only by the app's screens.
- Each request to your financial data is checked against your signed-in session on the server.
Data handling
- Database, authentication and AI requests are made from Wizard's servers, never directly from your browser.
- Sign-in sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
- A strict content security policy limits what any page is allowed to load or run.
Accounting controls
- Journals must balance before they post.
- Posted entries are corrected with reversing entries, keeping the history intact.
Traceability
- Reports are built from ledger postings, and postings from the transactions behind them.
- Bank reconciliation checks your books against the statements you imported.
